Clear Overlay Binders

The workhorse of the binder world, these trusty binders are your blank canvases, ready for action. Dark-coloured binders add gravitas to your inserted artwork, while white binders keep it clean and airy. All binders include a clear interior pocket with optional business card pouch.

Tip: Design your cover art extra wide and use the excess as your spine.

Ring Size

Select the size of the binder rings. All our clear overlay binders are D-ring. Sizes larger than 3" are available as custom orders.

Binder Artwork

Clear Overlay binders allow you to customize them by inserting a printed cover and spine. If you would like inserts printed and cut to fit your binder please upload a file; we will print these for you on our premium cardstock and trim to size with rounded corners.  Extra spines are included at no charge.

Please note: Our printed inlays fit the complete binder inlay which requires printing on stock that is wider and taller than standard letter size. If you descide to print your own inlays you should confirm that your printer can accomidate larger stock. Printing inlays on letter size paper will leave an exposed gap which is not as attractive as having full coverage.

Templates for designing your covers and spines can be found in the templates section. We also offer design services -- free or for a fee depending on amount of assistance required.

We pack your trimmed inserts and binders separately. If you'd like us to insert the front cover and spines prior to shipping then select yes.

Inserting the front cover is easy but inserting the spine can take more than one try especially on the narrow binders. If you choose to assemble your own we include extra spines on the anticipation that some might get ruined. We also have instructions online to help you.

Business Card Pouch

Allows for an optional business card pouch to be added to your binders. To save on die charges our pouches are separate adhesive pockets that can be applied anywhere on the binder.
