Privacy Policy

Our relationship with our customer is based on trust; The Tab Department is very concerned about your privacy and security while shopping with us online.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect the minimal information required to fulfil and ship your order. When placing an order or registering for an account you will be asked for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and your phone number. This information is used to fulfill your order and to respond to any enquiries about potential orders.

OPENING AN ACCOUNT.

To get the best experience when using The Tab Department we recommend creating an account. Creating an account allows you to have access to previous purchases from The Tab Department for convenience when reordering. It also speeds up checkout by automatically entering your shipping information. Shopping while logged into an account also allows our site to calculate and display shipping costs while you shop. If you’d rather not have an account you are welcome to use Guest Checkout and you will be required to enter your information every time you make a purchase.

WHEN WILL THE TAB DEPARTMENT CONTACT YOU?

During the order process you will receive a series of automated e-mails as your order moves through the various stages of processing. If you ordered custom products you will also receive an e-mail proof of your order that you must approve before production can begin.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via e-mail in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services. At The Tab Department we also shop online ourselves so understand that too frequent contact is annoying. Tab Department customers will never receive more than one marketing e-mail a month and most of the time it will be six weeks or more between contacts from us. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by contacting us.

The Tab Department will never contact you by phone except for situations where there is a time critical issue that requires your input while processing a custom order.

THIRD PARTY RELATIONSHIPS

The Tab Department will not give or share your personal information with any other entity or individual for any purpose.
