What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payments methods on our secure site: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment by credit card is simple, fast, and secure. You'll be redirected to our payment provider PayPal via an encrypted connection, where you can enter your credit card details to finalize your payment.
Do you accept American Express?
We would encourage customers to use Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. If you are determined to use American Express our brick and mortar store does accept American Express and we can process your order by phone.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes. Your credit card is charged as soon as the order is placed. Because custom index tabs and custom binders cannot be sold after customization we require payment upfront. To offer our industry leading three day turnaround on custom index tabs production often starts within hours of your order being placed.
I tried to pay for my order, but I haven't had a confirmation email. Did my order go through?
If you didn't get the confirmation email, we will assume something went wrong. Please contact us immediately so we can fix it.
First, please check that the card details you entered are correct and billing address matches up exactly with the information held by your card issuer. If you have confirmed all the information is correct and are still experiencing a problem then please contact us and we will help you process your order.
Not normally but please contact us and we'll discuss possible options.
Can I pay with cash or cheque?
Yes but it will delay production. We make custom index tabs and custom binders to your specifications. These products cannot be sold to a different customer. As such we require payment upfront so production will not start until the cheque arrives.
